The annual Iowa APCO and Iowa NENA Spring Conference will be held at the Holiday Inn Airport Hotel & Conference Center in Des Moines, Iowa on:

• Monday, April 20, 2026 – NENA

• Tuesday, April 21, 2026 – APCO

 

Floor plans, exhibitor information, sponsorship details, and application forms will be made available on this page.  Booth space is limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of full payment.

 

A reception will be held on the evening of Monday, April 20, 2026, beginning at 4:30 p.m. Attendees will also have access to the vendor hall throughout the conference, including additional exclusive vendor hours.

 

We are pleased to offer Platinum, Gold, and Silver sponsorship opportunities. Platinum sponsorships include speaking opportunities, while Gold sponsorships include meal or snack sponsorships. Sponsorship opportunities are limited and tend to fill quickly, so early commitment is encouraged.

 

Exhibitors are responsible for making their own hotel reservations unless lodging is included as part of a sponsorship package. In cases where lodging is included, a conference representative will contact you directly to obtain occupant information.​
