Dear Exhibitors,

The annual Iowa APCO and Iowa NENA spring conference will be held at the Holiday Inn Airport Hotel & Conference Center located in Des Moines, IA on April 8, 2024 (NENA) & and April 9, 2024 (APCO).  The floor plan, exhibitor information, sponsorship information and application forms will be made available on this page.  Booth space is available on a first come, first served basis upon receipt of full payment.  There will be a reception on Monday April 8, 2024 starting at 4:30 pm.  In addition attendees will have access to the vendor hall throughout the conference with additional exclusive vendor hours.

We are pleased to announce our sponsorship opportunities which include Platinum, Gold and Silver levels. The platinum sponsorships will include speaking time and gold sponsorships will include meal or snack sponsorships.  Sponsorship opportunities do go fast so don't delay.  

​

Exhibitors are required to make their own hotel reservations unless a room is included in your sponsorship.  In those cases a conference representative will contact you directly for the occupant information.
