1. Iowa APCO and Iowa NENA only accept credit card payment for exhibitor sponsorships.

2. Walk-in exhibitors are not allowed.  Any walk-ins will not be permitted to set up in the exhibitor hall. 

3.  All sponsorship levels include a specific number of individual exhibitors.  Any additional exhibitors will be charged the conference attendee rate.  There are no exceptions.  Conference officials will direct exhibitors to this page to pay for additional exhibitors not included in their respective sponsorship packages. 

4. No refunds will be given on exhibit booths after March 15, 2024. Refunds prior to that will be for the purchase price minus the 3% processing fee for credit/debit card transactions.

5. Silver exhibitors are limited to one booth/table.  Gold and Platinum exhibitors will be given 2 tables. 

6. Booth space includes one 8 foot covered table (two tables for gold/platinum exhibitors), 2 chairs (4 chairs for gold/platinum exhibitors), 1 waste basket, wifi and electricity.  Pipe and draping available for an additional cost.  Audio visual equipment not included.  

7. The conference hotel is the Holiday Inn Des Moines Airport located at 6111 Fleur Dr, Des Moines, IA 50321, phone number: 515.287.2400, website: www.holidayinn.com/dsm-airport.  All exhibitors must make their own reservations unless accommodations are included in their sponsorship package.  If a room is included a member of the conference committee will contact you after registration is completed to set up accommodations. Exhibitors can participate in the conference room rate by mentioning code AOE. 

8. The conference committee reserves the right to make changes, amendments and additions to the Iowa APCO and Iowa NENA Spring Conference.  This includes changes to the Exhibitor Hall layout and dedicated Exhibitor time. All matters not covered are subject to decision by the conference committee.

9. The Holiday Inn charges $30 per 100 pounds of packages shipped to the hotel. The first 100 pounds are included in your sponsorship and will be direct billed to Iowa APCO/NENA. Any packages over 100 pounds will be charged to the Exhibitor by the hotel and must be paid before packages are delivered to the Exhibitor's booth.
