Iowa APCO and Iowa NENA accept credit card payments only for exhibitor sponsorships.
Walk-in exhibitors are not permitted. Any exhibitors who arrive without prior registration will not be allowed to set up in the Exhibitor Hall.

All sponsorship levels include a designated number of individual exhibitors. Any additional exhibitors beyond those included in a sponsorship package will be required to register at the conference attendee rate. No exceptions will be made. Conference officials will direct exhibitors to the appropriate registration page to complete payment for additional exhibitors.

Refund Policy:
No refunds will be issued for exhibitor booths after Friday, March 20th, 2026. Refunds requested prior to this date will be issued for the purchase price minus a 3.5% credit/debit card processing fee.
Booth Allocation:
• Silver Exhibitors are limited to one booth/table
• Gold and Platinum Exhibitors will be provided two tables
Booth Space Includes:
• One 8-foot covered table (two tables for Gold/Platinum exhibitors)
• Two chairs (four chairs for Gold/Platinum exhibitors)
• One waste basket
• Wi-Fi and electricity
Pipe and draping are available for an additional fee. Audio/visual equipment is not included.

All exhibitors are responsible for making their own hotel reservations unless accommodations are included in their sponsorship package. If lodging is included, a member of the conference committee will contact the exhibitor after registration is completed to coordinate arrangements.

Shipping Policy:
The Holiday Inn charges $30 per 100 pounds of shipped materials. The first 100 pounds are included with your sponsorship and will be direct billed to Iowa APCO/NENA. Any shipments exceeding 100 pounds will be billed directly to the exhibitor by the hotel and must be paid prior to delivery to the exhibitor’s booth.
Conference Authority

The conference committee reserves the right to make changes, amendments, and additions to the Iowa APCO and Iowa NENA Spring Conference. This includes, but is not limited to, modifications to the Exhibitor Hall layout and designated exhibitor times. Any matters not specifically addressed will be subject to determination by the conference committee.
