2023 Spring APCO Conference

The #SHOWUP Campaign, developed by Orleans Parish  Communication District Executive Director, Tyrell T. Morris, MBA,  CPE, was designed to clearly define the service expectations of staff  on each and every interaction they encounter throughout the day.  Whether those interactions occur with a member of the public, field  unit or other staff members, #SHOWUP outlines the standards  necessary for ensuring successful outcomes.
